Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-3111: Disposition of fees - Personnel

All filing fees and examination costs collected under this act

shall be credited to the General Fund of the State of Oklahoma. The

Commissioner is authorized to employ such personnel as may be

necessary to carry out the provisions of this act and to fix their

compensation within the amounts made available by appropriation and

by the fund established by this section.
