Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-3112: Penalties

Any person violating any of the provisions of this act shall be

deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be

punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00)

or by imprisonment in the county jail for not more than six (6)

months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
