Okla. Stat. tit. 36, § 36-605: "Charter" defined

"Charter" means articles of incorporation, of agreement, of

association, or other basic constituent document of a corporation,

subscribers' agreement and power of attorney of a reciprocal

insurer, or underwriters' agreement and power of attorney of a

Lloyd's insurer.
