Okla. Stat. tit. 4, § 4-511: Definitions

As used in this act:

1. “Abandon” includes leaving an animal without making

reasonable arrangements for assumption of custody by another person;

and

2. “Neglect” means unreasonable deprivation of necessary food,

care, or shelter.
