Okla. Stat. tit. 40, § 40-142.15: Violations - Criminal penalties

Any person convicted of violating any provision of the

Alternative Fuels Technician Certification Act shall be guilty of a

misdemeanor. The continued violation of any provision of the

Alternative Fuels Technician Certification Act during each day shall

be deemed to be a separate offense. Upon conviction thereof the

person shall be punished by imprisonment in the county jail not to

exceed one (1) year, or by a fine of not more than One Thousand

Dollars ($1,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment for each

offense. The Commissioner of Labor or designee may request the

appropriate district attorney to prosecute such violation and seek

an injunction against such practice.
