A. All hearings required by the Board may be conducted by the

Board itself at aregular or special meeting of the Board or the

Board may designate hearing officers who shall have the power and

authority to conduct such hearings in the name of the Board at any

time and place.

B. Any person aggrieved by a final order or other final

determination of the Board may, or the Attorney General on behalf of

the state may, petition for a judicial review for rehearing,

reopening or reconsideration of the matter, as provided for in

Section 317 of Title 75 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
