Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 47-255: List of licensed operators to be secured and maintained

It shall be the duty of the Department of Public Safety to

secure from the Federal Communication Commission and maintain each

month a current list of the technician class or better licensed

amateur radio station operators in Oklahoma.
