Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-115: Conspiracy to violate act - Punishment

If two or more persons conspire to violate any provision of this

act, or any lawful order, rule, or regulation of the Commission

fixing the method, manner, amount and rate of production of oil or

gas from any common source of supply in the State of Oklahoma or

conspire to produce oil or gas from any well or wells in any common

source of supply in the State of Oklahoma in excess of the allowable

production permitted from such well or wells as fixed and determined

by any lawful order, rule, or regulation of the Commission or

conspire to avoid making or filing any report, map or drawing, or to

file any false report, map or drawing with respect to the method,

manner, time, place, amount, or rate of production of oil or gas

from any well or wells in any common source of supply in the State

of Oklahoma, or conspire to avoid the making or filing of any

report, map or drawing, or to file any false report, map or drawing,

with respect to the removal or transportation of oil or gas by any

means whatsoever, from any common source of supply, as may be

prescribed or required by this act or by any lawful order, rule, or

regulation of the Commission; or conspire to make any false

statement therein with respect to any material matter contained

therein, and one or more such parties shall do any act to effect the

object of any such conspiracy, then each of the parties to any such

conspiracy shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony

offense in any court having jurisdiction of the offense, be fined

not more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or imprisoned as

provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21

of the Oklahoma Statutes, or both.
