Okla. Stat. tit. 52, § 52-46.3: Eminent domain

All companies authorized by the Oklahoma Corporation Commission

to operate under Section 1 of this act shall have and exercise the

right of eminent domain in the same manner and by like proceedings

as provided for railroad corporations by the laws of this state.
