Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1750.11: Violations - Penalty

A. Unless otherwise prescribed by law, any person convicted of

violating any provision of the Oklahoma Security Guard and Private

Investigator Act or a rule or regulation promulgated pursuant to the

Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act shall be guilty

of a misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment for not more than sixty

(60) days, or by a fine of not more than Two Thousand Dollars

($2,000.00), or by both such imprisonment and fine.

B. Any person who willfully makes a false statement, knowing

such statement is false, in any application to the Council on Law

Enforcement Education and Training for a license pursuant to the

Oklahoma Security Guard and Private Investigator Act, or who

otherwise commits a fraud in connection with such application, shall

be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable by a term of

imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section

20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or by a fine of not more

than Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00), or by both such imprisonment

and fine.
