Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 59-1820.15: Conduct of business activities

The licensee shall be responsible to the Fire Extinguisher

Industry Committee in matters of conduct of business activities

covered by the Fire Extinguisher Licensing Act. The licensee shall

be responsible for the activities on the part of the employees of

the licensee. For purposes of the Fire Extinguisher Licensing Act,

improper conduct on the part of such employees which occurs within

the scope of employment shall be considered by the Committee as acts

of the licensee.
