Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-45.6: Hearings

The Office of Management and Enterprise Services or the Joint

Legislative Committee on Budget and Program Oversight, jointly or

separately, may hold hearings on any matter required by the Oklahoma

Program Performance Budgeting and Accountability Act.
