Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-45.5: Determination of acceptable measures – Training and other

services to be provided by Office of Management and Enterprise

Services.

A. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services and the

Joint Legislative Committee on Budget and Program Oversight shall

work with each state agency to determine acceptable measures of

output, outcome, unit cost, and cost-effectiveness for use in the

agency's plan.

B. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services is

authorized to provide training or other services to state agencies

pursuant to this act.
