Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.60: Attorney General as representative of Commission

It is provided that the Attorney General of the State of

Oklahoma shall represent the said Building Bonds Commission in the

discharge of its functions provided by this act, and said Building

Bonds Commission shall not employ or pay any private attorney or

attorneys directly or indirectly.
