Okla. Stat. tit. 62, § 62-57.61: Purpose

Where this section sits in the code

It is hereby declared to be the purpose of this act to vitalize

the constitutional amendment indentified as House Joint Resolution

No. 552 of the 30th Oklahoma Legislature, if, as and when the same

shall be approved by the people of the State of Oklahoma.
