Okla. Stat. tit. 63, § 63-2200.16A: Sale or purchase of parts prohibited - Reasonable

fees.

A. Except as otherwise provided in subsection B of this

section, a person that, for valuable consideration, knowingly

purchases or sells a part for transplantation or therapy if removal

of a part from an individual is intended to occur after the

individual’s death commits a Class D1 felony offense and upon

conviction is subject to a fine of not more than Fifty Thousand

Dollars ($50,000.00), or imprisonment as provided for in subsections

B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes, or

both such fine and imprisonment.

B. A person may charge a reasonable amount for the removal,

processing, preservation, quality control, storage, transportation,

implantation, or disposal of a part.
