Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3640: Eligibility for Compete with Canada Film Act

Any company or entity that receives rebate payments for a

project pursuant to the provisions of the Compete with Canada Film

Act shall not be eligible for rebate payments provided pursuant to

this act for the same project.
