Okla. Stat. tit. 68, § 68-3641: Sunset of act

Where this section sits in the code

The provisions of this act shall cease to have the force and

effect of law on June 30, 2031. Incentive payments may be made

after such date to the extent necessary for payment of claims based

on projects approved not later than June 30, 2031.
