Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.263: Representative David Brumbaugh Memorial Highway

Notwithstanding any other section of statute and due to the

untimely and sudden passing of State Representative David Brumbaugh,

a proud and dedicated leader for House District 76 and a

distinguished and decorated veteran of the United States Army who is

worthy of such recognition, the bridge over North Aspen Avenue on

the Broken Arrow Expressway shall be designated as the

“Representative David Brumbaugh Memorial Bridge” as soon as

practical after the effective date of this legislation. The

Department of Transportation is hereby directed to cause suitable

permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
