Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.371: Jerry Evans Memorial Bridge

The bridge on U.S. Highway 177 crossing over the Salt Fork

Arkansas River south of Ponca City at the Kay County-Noble County

line shall be designated as the "Jerry Evans Memorial Bridge". The

Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers

bearing that name to be placed on the bridge.
