Okla. Stat. tit. 69, § 69-1698.372: WWII Veteran Roy J. "Junior" Herring Memorial

Highway.

The section of State Highway 18 beginning at the intersection of

State Highway 33 in Cushing extending north two (2) miles in Payne

County shall be designated as the "WWII Veteran Roy J. "Junior"

Herring Memorial Highway". The Department of Transportation shall

cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on

the highway.
