Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-628.16: East Central State College

The State Regents should provide sufficient funds to East

Central State College to fully implement the new educational program

in Environmental Science recently approved by the State Regents for

operation at this institution and encourage the development of this

program to its full potential, consistent with House Concurrent

Resolution No. 1022 of the First Session of the Thirty-third

Oklahoma Legislature, relating to the designation of this college as

the media information center for education of this type for the

entire state system.
