Okla. Stat. tit. 70, § 70-628.17: Separate and additional allocations

It is the intent of the Legislature that monies to fund the

policies and programs set out above shall be by separate allocations

made by the State Regents to the affected institutions and in each

case shall be in addition to that institution's regular budgetary

allocation for educational and general operating functions.
