Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.10: Procedures and appeals

In the exercise of all powers and performance of all duties

provided in this act, the Oklahoma Water Resources Board shall

comply with the procedures provided in the Administrative Procedures

Act. Appeals shall be taken as provided in said act. The Oklahoma

Water Resources Board may designate a hearing examiner or examiners

who shall have the power and authority to conduct such hearings in

the name of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board at any time and place

subject to the provisions of this section and any applicable rules,

regulations or orders of the Oklahoma Water Resources Board.
