Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.48: Contingent effectiveness of Section 1085.44

Section 1 of this act shall become effective contingent upon the

approval by the people of a constitutional amendment authorizing the

use of state monies for furnishing financial assistance to

municipalities, political subdivisions and such other public

entities of the state as may be designated by law as being eligible

for assistance for water resource and sewage treatment purposes.
