Okla. Stat. tit. 82, § 82-1085.7B: OWRB Revolving Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Oklahoma Water Resources Board to be designated the “OWRB

Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject

to fiscal year limitations and shall consist of all monies collected

by the Oklahoma Water Resources Board which are not otherwise

designated. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are

hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Oklahoma

Water Resources Board for the purpose of duties imposed upon the

Oklahoma Water Resources Board by law.
