Okla. Stat. tit. 85A, § 85A-28.1: Workers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund

for the Workers' Compensation Commission to be designated the

"Workers' Compensation Commission Revolving Fund". The fund shall

be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and

shall consist of all monies received by the Workers' Compensation

Commission from the revenues apportioned pursuant to Section 122 of

Title 85A of the Oklahoma Statutes and such other sources as may be

provided by law. All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are

hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Workers'

Compensation Commission for the purpose of funding the operations of

the Commission and administering the Administrative Workers'

Compensation Act and for any other purposes related to the

Administrative Workers' Compensation Act that the Commission deems

appropriate. Expenditures from said fund shall be made upon

warrants issued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as

prescribed by law with the Director of the Office of Management and

Enterprise Services for approval and payment.
