- Chapter 327 — State Financing of Early Learning and Elementary and Secondary Education
(1) The Department of Education shall award an Early Literacy Success School Grant to an eligible school district or public charter school that applies for a grant as provided by ORS 327.831. Moneys received under this section must be used as described in ORS 327.829 (2).
(2) A school district with an average daily membership, as defined in ORS 327.006, of 50 or less shall receive a minimum grant award under this section.
(3) The State Board of Education shall adopt any rules necessary for the distribution of grants under this section.
