ORS 350.500 to 350.530 do not establish any obligation or expectation for the appropriation of General Fund moneys to the subaccount described in ORS 350.520 or any obligation or expectation that moneys from forest products harvest taxes will be increased or reallocated for deposit to the subaccount described in ORS 350.520.
