ORS 350.530: Review of allocations by President of Oregon State University.

Prior to the beginning of an academic year, the Forestry Education Council may request that the President of Oregon State University review any allocations described in ORS 350.520 that are proposed for the academic year. A request under this section must be approved by a majority of the council members. Upon receiving a request from the council, the president shall determine during the academic year whether Oregon State University should allocate additional moneys or take other measures to address any concerns raised in the council’s request.
