ORS 454.792: Rules.

Upon request of a county under ORS 454.795, the Environmental Quality Commission shall establish by rule a program to regulate the collection, storage, transportation, treatment, recycling and disposal of septage. The rules must include but need not be limited to:

      (1) Standards to ensure the safe and appropriate collection, storage, transportation, treatment, recycling and disposal of septage;

      (2) A process to issue, deny and revoke licenses or permits for the collection, storage, transportation, treatment, recycling and disposal of septage; and

      (3) Any other provision necessary to implement the provisions of ORS 454.782 to 454.800.
