R.I. Gen. Laws § 42-64-9.10: Rules and regulations — Notice of rule review.

The Rhode Island commerce corporation may adopt rules and regulations or any amendments to rules and regulations according to the provisions of chapter 35 of this title. The corporation shall also give notice of these rules and regulations or any amendments, prior to their effective date, by sending, by registered or certified mail, copies to each person interested in these rules, regulations, or any amendments who shall have registered with the corporation the person's name and address, with a request to be notified. Review of the rules and regulations may be had as provided in chapter 35 of this title.
