CHAPTER 2-14. CONSTRUCTION AND EFFECT OF STATUTES

Except as provided in §§ 2-16-14 to 2-16-16, the provisions of this chapter apply to the South Dakota Codified Laws and the code of laws enacted by § 2-16-13.
