SDCL § 2-14-33: Sex-based definitions--Statewide applicability.

The definitions of "boy," "father," "female," "girl," "male," "man," "mother," "sex," and "woman," as set forth in § 2-14-2, apply uniformly throughout all administrative rules, contracts, guidance documents, policies, practices, and statutes of the state and each political subdivision.
