SDCL § 34-3A-5: Health service contracts with public or private agencies--Expenditures from special revenue fund.

The board of county commissioners or the governing bodies of a municipality may contract for health services with any public or private agency and expend funds for such purpose from the special revenue fund authorized by § 34-3A-1.
