SUBCHAPTER I. LICENSING OF SERVICE TECHNICIANS AND SERVICE COMPANIES

Unless the individual is exempt from the licensing requirement, an individual may not perform or offer to perform device maintenance activities unless the individual holds a service technician license issued by the department under this subchapter.
