- SUBCHAPTER D. ENFORCEMENT
(a) The attorney general shall enforce this chapter.
(b) The attorney general may:
(1) recover a civil penalty not to exceed $2,000 for each violation of this chapter; and
(2) seek equitable relief to restrain a violation of this chapter.
