SUBCHAPTER I. BONDS FOR AUDITORIUM OR COLISEUM PARKING FACILITIES IN COUNTIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN ONE MILLION

The commissioners court by order or trust indenture may issue revenue bonds to provide money to construct, enlarge, furnish, or equip a parking facility authorized by this subchapter.
