  5. SUBCHAPTER I. BONDS FOR AUDITORIUM OR COLISEUM PARKING FACILITIES IN COUNTIES WITH POPULATION OF MORE THAN ONE MILLION

Bonds issued under this subchapter must be payable from, and secured by a pledge of, the net revenue of the county's operation of the parking facility. The bonds may be payable from any other revenue incident to the ownership of the parking facility, including money received from a lease of the facility.
