SUBCHAPTER F. REVENUE BONDS FOR CULTURAL FACILITIES IN HOME-RULE MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF 1.9 MILLION OR MORE

A bond issued under this subchapter must be signed by the mayor of the municipality and countersigned by the secretary or clerk of the municipality.
