SUBCHAPTER F. REVENUE BONDS FOR CULTURAL FACILITIES IN HOME-RULE MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF 1.9 MILLION OR MORE

A municipality may sell bonds issued under this subchapter at public or private sale in the manner and on the terms provided by the ordinance under which the bonds are issued.
