SUBCHAPTER A. BONDS FOR PAYMENT OF JUDGMENTS

(a) A municipality may not issue bonds under this subchapter unless the bonds are authorized by a majority vote of the qualified voters of the municipality voting at an election held for that purpose.

(b) A municipality shall hold an election to issue bonds under this subchapter in the manner provided for other bond elections in the municipality.
