SUBCHAPTER D. BONDS FOR PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF 1.9 MILLION OR MORE

The ordinance that authorizes the issuance of bonds under this subchapter may provide for the issuance of additional parity bonds or subordinate lien bonds under the terms specified in the ordinance.
