SUBCHAPTER D. BONDS FOR PARKS AND RECREATIONAL FACILITIES IN MUNICIPALITIES WITH POPULATION OF 1.9 MILLION OR MORE

A municipality may sell bonds issued under this subchapter in the manner and under the terms provided in the ordinance authorizing the issuance of the bonds.
