SUBCHAPTER G. PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES

(a) The department by rule shall establish guidelines for project management practices that take into account varying levels of project size and complexity.

(b) In developing the guidelines, the department shall:

(1) consult with state agencies; and

(2) accommodate existing project management practices of state agencies.
