  5. SUBCHAPTER B. ORGANIZATION AND ADMINISTRATION

(a) The commission shall, subject to approval of the governor, hire a director to serve as the chief executive officer of the commission and to perform the administrative duties of the commission.

(b) The director shall hire at least one full-time employee who is knowledgeable about or has experience with military installations.

(c) The director may hire other staff within the guidelines established by the commission.
