Tex. Government Code § 472.112: OPEN GOVERNMENT.

Subject to the confidentiality provisions of an agency's enabling legislation:
(1) meetings of the agency are subject to Chapter 551; and
(2) records maintained by the agency are subject to Chapter 552.
