SUBCHAPTER F. REQUIRED CONTRACT PROVISIONS

A contract to which this subchapter applies must require the contracting Medicaid managed care organization to provide ready access to a person who assists:

(1) a recipient in resolving issues relating to enrollment, plan administration, education and training, access to services, and grievance procedures; and

(2) a provider in resolving issues relating to payment, plan administration, education and training, and grievance procedures.
