SUBCHAPTER E. PERMANENCY PLANNING

(a) The executive commissioner shall adopt rules under which the commission requires a nursing facility in which a child resides to request from the child's parent or guardian a written reauthorization of the child's plan of care.

(b) The rules must require that the written reauthorization be requested annually.
