SUBCHAPTER B. LICENSE

(a) The department shall issue a mobile food vendor license to an applicant who submits a complete application, pays any required fee, and meets the department's licensing requirements and whose food vending vehicle passes a health inspection.

(b) A license issued under this section expires on the first anniversary of the date of issuance.
